Request Company Liquidation

Tell us about the company you would like to liquidate. We will review its current status and confirm whether the liquidation can be completed for the standard fee.

The standard fee is EUR 900 excluding VAT and applies to straightforward cases with limited activity, no unresolved disputes or significant debts, and accounting records that are substantially up to date.

The fee includes liquidation documents, the opening and closing liquidation reports, state fees and submission of the required documents.

Basic bookkeeping updates and missed report submissions are included where the amount of additional work is limited. Any substantial additional accounting, tax or legal work will be charged separately.
