Payroll for 150 Employees and Group Reporting by the 4th of Every Month
For the Latvian subsidiary of an international company with 150 employees, Confidentum manages payroll, prepares salary payments in the bank, emails payslips and handles employees’ payroll questions directly. The manager simply reviews and approves the payments. We tailored the chart of accounts to the group’s reporting requirements, provide profit and loss reports by project and prepare data ready for import into the parent company’s accounting system for consolidation. With three accountants working in parallel, monthly reports are delivered by the 4th of the following month. This approach reduces management’s administrative workload and gives the company timely financial information, with significant savings compared with maintaining an equivalent in-house accounting team.
Simple Monthly Accounting for a Solo Business Owner
For a small business run by a single founder, we keep monthly accounting straightforward. On the 1st of each month, the owner receives an email with a link to an online checklist, where he uploads bank statement and sales invoices. Supplier invoices and receipts are already in the system, having been sent by email or WhatsApp throughout the month.
