All prices are stated excluding VAT. Latvian VAT at 21% may apply depending on the customer’s legal status, country of residence and the applicable VAT rules.
Accounting — from EUR 50/month
From basic bookkeeping, payroll and tax returns to management reporting, consolidation and group reporting.
Flexible pricing starts from EUR 50 per month. The final fee depends on your business activity, transaction volume and reporting needs.
Accountant Consultation — EUR 95
A one-hour consultation with an accountant on Latvian tax, accounting, payroll or employment-related matters.
VAT Registration — EUR 350
We will register your business for VAT in Latvia and help you obtain an EU VAT number. OSS or IOSS registration is included if required.
We will prepare the application, explain your need for VAT registration and provide the tax authority with the required information from the start.
Registration usually takes around 10 days.
Company Registration — EUR 750
Register a Latvian limited liability company, or SIA, fully online.
The price includes document preparation, state fees, signing costs and assistance with opening a bank account for the share capital deposit. There is no need to travel to Latvia or visit a notary or bank in person. Documents can be signed remotely even without a Latvian electronic signature.
Registration usually takes around one week after the documents have been signed.
A registered office address is available for an additional EUR 360 per year. Document translation is not included, but it is usually not required in straightforward cases.
Company Liquidation — EUR 900
We will handle the liquidation of your Latvian SIA. The price includes liquidation documents, the opening and closing liquidation reports, state fees and submission of the required documents to the authorities.
Documents can be signed remotely even without a Latvian electronic signature.
Basic bookkeeping updates and submission of missed reports are also included where the company has had only limited activity.
The liquidation process can usually be completed within approximately one month.
Employer Registration — EUR 150
We will register your foreign company as an employer in Latvia so that you can hire employees in Latvia and pay Latvian payroll taxes.
You do not need to establish a Latvian SIA.
Registration usually takes around five working days.
