Start Employer Registration

Tell us about your company and the employees you plan to hire in Latvia. We will review the information and confirm the registration requirements.

The standard fee is EUR 150 excluding VAT and covers registration of a foreign company as an employer in Latvia. This allows your company to employ people in Latvia and pay Latvian payroll taxes without establishing a Latvian SIA.

Registration usually takes around five working days after we receive the required information and documents.

​Payroll services can also be provided separately.
